Gift Exchange

If you have received a gift from Arva and you are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to exchange it for another item or redeem store credit to use on future purchases.

*Please note that exchange items must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery on your gift receipt and this must be presented in order for us to proceed with your request.
All items must be in original sale condition (unworn unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

Gifts can only be exchanged for items or store credit. We do NOT accept returns with gift receipts.

This does not apply to food or flowers.

Change Your Mind Exchange

Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Please note that exchange items must be sent back within 14 days from you receiving the order (proof of purchase needed) and the items must be in original sale condition (unworn unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

Faulty Returns

Should you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Services by email at hello@arvastories.com stating your Order Number, the nature of the fault and an image of the faulty product.
If the products you have purchased from us are in fact faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations. Please ensure you return faulty items to us as soon as possible.

 Change Your Mind Return

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online, we will refund the purchase price of those products, subject to the following conditions:

-Items must be in original sale condition (unworn unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)

-The proof of purchase must be within the 14 days of you receiving the order.

Due to the nature of this product, we only offer Exchange or Returns if an item in this category is damaged, faulty or wrongly described.

Should you receive a damaged item please contact Customer Services by email at hello@arvastories.com stating your Order Number, the nature of the fault and an image of the faulty product WITHIN 24H.
If the products you have purchased from us meet the mentioned criteria then we will meet our legal obligations.

Returns by Post

Please complete the “return reason” section on the reverse of your dispatch note, detailing each item, quantity, and why you are sending the item(s) back. Place this form in your parcel, along with your items.

Be sure to send your package using a secure or traceable method – such as Royal Mail Signed For and that you keep your proof of postage.

*Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
