Due to the structure of our store, we schedule a delivery drop every two weeks.
The next two delivery dispatch drops will be on September 28th & October 12th. You can expect to receive your items between 1-4 days after the dispatch dates.
If you live anywhere on the below map, your deliver will be made via a tracked same day courier service.
If you’re not on the map but within the UK, your delivery will be made via a national 1-4 day tracked courier service.
Where we ship?
We currently only ship within the UK & don’t ship internationally, but stay tuned for changes.
Please note that certain items might have restrictions on delivery due to their delicate nature or size. E.g. items from Trove section of the store can only be delivered within London or picked up from our studio.

Though we’re sure you’re going to love your items, should you for any reason change your mind or have an issue with your purchase, you are able to return the items to us. Returns must be made within 10 days of the item(s) being delivered, in order for you to receive a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded and so any refunds issued will be the order total, minus the original shipping cost incurred by us.
You, the customer are responsible for the return shipping charge. We recommend purchasing insurance/tracking for your return shipment. If an item is returned back to us damaged or broken or becomes lost, we cannot refund your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
