I’m pretty excited to share arva with you and hope you become a part of our exciting community. Though the platform is already quite a personal one, I also have a dedicated “notebook” page, filled with my personal style & random notes, as I wanted you all to get a strong 360 view of what I do. So, enjoy it all and email me if you ever wanna talk or have a question.
OH and a little back story/about me? Yes..it’s in third person 😬
Abisola Omole, or Abimarvel as the majority of her community refer to her as, is a London-based creative and CEO.
Starting her career back in 2008 by creating a fashion & lifestyle blog, Abisola shortly after went on to contribute to titles that included MSN & Grazia, whilst studying at University of The Arts London.
She then went on to launch The Apārtment in 2012; at the time it was a creative hub for online creators, where they could foster organic relationships & partnerships with brands, create content, discover new products & feel a part of the newly forming online community.
This project lead to a range of digital brand consultant positions and by 2014 The Apārtment had developed into a digital & creative agency that today, now specialises in event production/design as well as digital & brand strategy.
In 2017, the development of three further companies, arva, studio arva & fole studio began. All four companies sit under The Apārtment Global Group (TĀGG) umbrella.
Abisola is CEO of the group and also holds the positions of Creative Director at arva, Brand Director at Cube Collective, a 360 digital atelier that specialises in social media strategy & brand communication, and is Beauty Editor at Large of CUBICLE, a printed book series & digital storytelling platform.
Throughout her career, Abi has worked with a number of brands as an ambassador, creative director & campaign partner. Notable collaborators include Bobbi Brown, Hyundai, Warner Bros & Diageo, just to name a few.
Primarily speaking, her digital platforms act as a window into the realities of a 20-something entrepreneur and aims to push the perceptions of what a plus size, woman of colour in the fashion, lifestyle & business industries, can look like and achieve.
I’m always available via email here , I can be a little slow sometimes but i’ll always reply!
